Attorney at Law

Philip W. Cox is the owner and principle of the firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, and probate and trust administration.
Prior to establishing the firm in 2013, Cox served as an associate attorney at two Long Beach area law firms.  
Mr. Cox obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law in 2002. After graduation, he taught Legal Research & Writing as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Abraham Lincoln. He currently serves on the Long Beach Bar Association Pro Per Guardianship Panel, helping self-represented parties move their guardianship matters through the court system. He is a Past President of the Long Beach Barristers, has served on the Board of Governors of the Long Beach Bar Association, on the Executive Committee of the Estate Planning and Trust Council of Long Beach, and is currently a board member of the Christian Legal Society – Orange County Chapter.
